Welcome, my name is Andrew, I'm a problem solver, certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.

My 30 years’ experience in software requirements definition and analysis, quality assurance and test, as well as software and business process development and improvement has given me a unique insight how to improve and integrate these pieces together to ensure stakeholder value.

Business Process Design, Mapping, Measurement and Continuous Improvement
I'm a certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt. As a Lean practitioner I help re-engineer organizations and processes to become more efficient and agile through the systematic elimination of waste, defects and delays. As a Six-Sigma expert I help organizations re-engineer their processes with the capability to continuously improve product and service quality and customer value. I've been designing, mapping, measuring and improving business processes since 1997.
Software Process, Requirements, QA and Test
IT can't improve a broken process. Improve the process first using Lean and Six-Sigma. Define and align requirements to the process and the user's needs. Define the system capabilities to meet these needs. Analyze these capabilities using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure completeness and correctness. Develop tests to evaluate these capabilities. Use SPC to measure progress, quality and predict release readiness. Do this continually.
